While they do provide basic information about how to save energy and offer a portal to track energy use, they do not have specific programs for time-of-use rates, or net-metering provisions. Tri-Eagle did invest in 2019 in a new community solar project of 5 MWs through a "Pay-As-You-Go" program. Recently, they were purchased by Vistra Energy, which owns TXU, Texas' largest retail electric provider, and is also a large generator of coal, gas, nuclear and renewables.
